I'll be coming to Jak's to play my first game of 6th edition. For those of you who have played, what would you suggest as a points progression? I'm thinking starting out with just a squad of troops and a single hq to run through moving, shooting and assault, then 500, 1000 and maybe 1600 point games.

well depends how u want play and points u desire to start
if u wanna play right out for 2k points to get ready for tourney 2k

if u wanna play 500 to 1k to start to learn is the best way to learn the rule

but if u wanna do like me and pat did come to jaks first thing when it opens, and start a 2k points list[feast of blade rules 1900+1 points] and play 3 to 5 turns with the book too your side when you come up with a situation you both look at the rulebook together and see how it suppose to be and get the true understanding of it
