The Nova is going to 1850 as will the 11th Company and several others. The problem is that most people can't complete a game beyond 5 rounds at 2000 points. What do you think? Would you play in a tournament at 1750 or 1850. Check out this article!

I can understand the points deduction there.
Means a faster game.
Takes away double FOC questions.

Could still be because of new addition. Not everyone gets a chance to play on a regular basis. I rarely have a problem getting to round 5 if I have an aware opponent.
