GW stomped another website

Post  Man-of-War on Mon Apr 29, 2013 11:34 pm

nafka.blogspot.com was where I usually got my rumors from that I've read alot into for the past 2-3 years. Today it's no more. Here is the article...

Seems GW trying to shut everything down so they have the monopoly on info...... You guys need to watch out here for posting info on the new Tau codex because nafka did the same on that website.

Explain why GW shutting down a site that is giving away products (White Dwarf) before they are released is sinister? I think you're taking this Evil Empire thing a bit too far.

I didn't say the company was sinister, evil, or anything the like. I like the fluff the company makes like any other fan out there. I have many a codex and novel from 40k. I just threw this up because I knew that a lot of people read that blog like I did and threw the reason why up on the previous post I made. The OP I put up I was just saying take some precautions (Which I know we are by not posting anything copywrited up).

I thought BoLS started covering other game systems to avoid running into IP trouble with Games Workshop. I never visited faiet212 so I can't comment on them. The BoLS forums are back and the nerd rage is incredible.

Happens.... I've all but stopped keeping up with 40k. faeit 212 was the only 40k site I went to read up on stuff. Kinda wondered when he'd get caught for doing the white dwarf covers and inside pics a couple days before the release. He done the cover art on the newest codex too posting them up.

I suppose it does cut into the white dwarf sales if all the pictures are splattered online.
