$10 to join the league, which will be going on for several months.

This will be the start of our new Warhammer 40k starter league to get new and existing players (Kinda like a journeymen league). All details and rules will be talked about at this event. Player packets as well will be sent out on here as it gets closer. for the first month we will be doing the new Kill Team Rules. for 200 points for a starting list, so this is very easy to start with it will slowly grow but it will be over several months. We will have several staff members there to teach, play, and have fun with. So come on out if you would like to try Warhammer 40k out. If you have any questions please post up on here.

how it works is there will be a slip of paper at the store that you can get anytime you want. you play against someone else that is in the league and turn your results into a SMG TO or the Narb Staff at the desk and your scores will be recorded. So anytime you feel like playing, i know there is a Tuesday group and groups that meet on the weekends, so i would just post up on here or facebook or both when you want to play a game. me and pat will be posting up when we will be at the store as well to help the new guys out

it has come to my attention that some new players coming in bought deathwing and grey knights, i will not punish these new players and will allow just the new players to come in with (modified 2+ saves for new player deathwing/grey knights ect..) any questions

hmmm. i can see the logic in allowing new players to use their new stuff, what can we do to compensate for the rest of the play group? a paladin squad can be pretty epic in an arena not geared for it. perhaps a strategm or something similiar? something NOT point-geared

if you can kill a terminator you can kill a paladin, in 200 points you could maybe bring 2 or 3 of them, you would not learn anyting. It was meant for terminators. This again is for new players only

I forgot anyways that u have to have 4 dudes. So u might see like, 1 paladin. Not being able to buy partial units will keep players from running good termies at 200pts also

Don't forget the start of a new Warhammer 40k league this Saturday, if you ever wanted to learn how to play this is the time. This will be a long and slow league to get anyone interested in 40k without breaking the bank all at once. Remember all you need for the first couple months is 200 one month and 400 points the next. Kill team tournaments are 30 min games. But for casual league play non tournemt there is no time limit
