Best Fantasy spell?

This one is amazing. It's a Light Magic spell:

Speed of Light - Augment. Until casters next magic phase, target has WS10 and Init 10.
8+ cast 24" range
16+ cast All friendly units within 12" (This is the amazing part)

Two hoard units with hatred and WS10 are going to do some serious damage. Throw a strength augment on top of it and kiss the opposing unit goodbye, whatever it is.

I must disagree. The Beast magic spell where your caster turns into DRAGON!!!! or hydra, just all manner of nasty monsters. lol
