The skaven question...

So im getting set to dive into my skaven, and im debating on how i should paint them. Either like desert rats or polar/snow rats? Any ideas?

And no im not gonna paint them blue! Lol

I suggest something quick and easy because you'll be painting about a million of them. Maybe spray paint white and then use inks. Pretty easy and can be done fast. Plus after 2.coats it looks good. For the fur I'd use a dark color like.delven mud. Gryphone sepia for skin. Badab black for shields and wood to give a rotten appearance. Trim in metal and a dark red and should look similar to the ones in the book.

I know how id do both easily, its just deciding which theme i want to do...

Then go for snow rats. They aren't seen as often

What's wrong with blue? They could be Ultramarats.

Not grots lol i was watching a nature thing about the gobe desert in mongolia... i was thinking maybe both? Nah ... lol if i do desert rats im ginna want to throw tomb kings bits on em like they have been raiding the kings of arcane lore and secrets. And the snow rats would be fighting ogres and dwarves ...
