This is the base with no texture. It is going to be like any other army checkpoint but... orky
This is the base with Basic texture added. I used real craft sand with a good mixture of grain sizes.
This is one of a few barricades that will eventually be incorporated into the terrain piece.

A quick update. Made it from scratch using just a few GW bits, bolsa wood and some metal scraps i found in the garage. Lol took about 3 hours...

It looks orky enough... Pretty awesome from what I see.. You have alot more patience then I when it comes to conversion work.

I like most xenos better than the imperium. I've enjoyed reading about orks in alot of the novels. I proxied Flash Gitz and captin badrukk before. Kinda random, but was fun... Lessons from the novels though is never underestimate a Warbosses Kunnin.

Ok so its been a few days this is what i have com up with i need some guidance as to how to paint the roof. I dont really want to use red as it obviously is going to be alot of red.
some ideas or pointers would be sweet thanks guys ill keep grinding away at this one i am currently orky biting up the lower hlaf of the tower.

Another update. i built an oversized orky spot light, I used platic card and some scrap electronics i had laying around. took a few pictures with the truk so everyone can see scale i am really looking forward for some C&C on this update

about 8-12 models can fit i need some more gw pieces i have no more ork bits i pretty much used the rest of them on that.

Another update added led's to the ork symbol and barbed wire... not to sure on keeping the wire.

It looks pretty cool... Like you said though the barb wire looks a little much with the original spikeyness of the terrain... I like it with or without.. In the end it's your choice man..
