Shas'O_X reporting for duty

I heard about the site from a co-worker who plays 40k. I'm still a total newbie to wargaming, yet to have any wins under my belt. Each loss has been a learning experience, however. I live pretty far out of the way, so opponents are hard to come by. I have a Tau army I'm trying to build up, and also a modest Space Marine army.

Space Wolves are tres awesome, IMO. I'm liking the army list I came up with, but I can't decide between Chainfists and Frost Blades for my Wolf Guard.

why not both.... some with frost blades. others with chainfists.

Pick up Tau now while they are unpopular. Once the new codex is out they will be expensive.

Grots is right about that. Thing is you don't know if anything for them is going to get a resculpt or not. Even if they do you can still use old models. Seen other people do it all the time.

Welcome! ! The tau and the space wolves are awesome! My tip build a list then buy what u need for it so u dont buy things u dont need or use...

What? Tau and Space Wolves that sounds awfully like some duchebag that plays around here alot .... Oh wait that's me! I'd go w/chain fists on units you plan on hitting armor with and frost blades are kind of a waste IMO I'd go with a PW or PF instead

Not 100% on this but there may a couple of guys live in hattiesburg that're members here.. ask around, it can't hurt
