Wings and Cover Empty Wings and Cover

Some models have large wings do those wings provide cover to other units and vehicles behind them. Shooting rules say you cannot aim at the wings/antenas or other miscellanous dodads of a model to determine line of sight. I was just wondering if for instance dark eldar scourges would provide a cover save to vehicles behind them.

As long as 50% is obscured you get a cover save
