hola!!! new to BAMA.

HELLO to all. i just moved to jackson AL about 4 months ago( 50 miles north of mobile) before the new store in mobile i was going to tbs comics in pensacola to throw some dice. i dont mind a road trip now and then but its def a change. san antonio we had about 5 game stores plus a GW store. rotating monthly tournaments at two stores in town and my former gaming club held GT'S for both 40k and fantasy( and new this year WM/H). but ofcourse san antonio was a city of 2 million people and jackson maybe has liek 15k people haha. like i said its def a change but i love it out here. NO MORE 2 HOUR TRAFFIC JAMS! fresh air... what is this fresh air?

for 40k i played in 3rd edtion useing: BA,(1st codex) DA(before codex) IG catachan, CSM nurgle, and now orks. stopped in the middle of 3rd and didnt start back up again till 4 months ago. i have been playing fantasy since 6th edition, played sparingly in 7th and alot of 8th.been playing WoC for fantasy and i havent stopped. got 4 armies for each of the gods. also i have a beastman army. had every other army except skaven and dark elves for awhile but sold it all off before i moved.

im glad to see a gaming community in and around southern alabama. im always down for a game so just tell me in advance and i will make a road trip to MS or meet up in mobile. I LOVE APOC games. have about 4000pts of orks currently, and still growing..... I also love to play Storm of Magic( basically apocalypse for fantasy). have about 6k for WoC with me but i can always have another 6k worth sent from back home for even bigger games!

i have a question though. do you guys have club meetups? in san an my old club used to hold monthly to bi monthly meetups at a hall. nothing better then drinking some beer, eating chicken wings and rolling dice, pushing lil figures around a table!

Welcome! There's a new store in Mobile called Gamers N Geeks. We have 2 Warhammer tables and are wanting to get league play, and tournament play organized. We're building more tabletops, and we're working on store armies and terrain. Check out our Facebook page at gamersngeeks
