Will the painting ever end???? Empty Will the painting ever end????

Trying to get my Dark Eldar ready for wargames con.... I'll have to put some pictures up. Is everyone finished painting who is going? My painting skills are definitely lacking, but its passable. I also recall someone saying the minis have to be based as well to count as painted, plus the rims?
