The Kwik N the Dead of 40k

Just trying to keep the discussions going... Now as the title says.... Which would be the kwikest/fastest race in 40k? Also what is the kwikest/fastest units in 40k as a whole?
IMO on the race would be Dark Eldar with Blood Angels being a close second.
IMO on the units would be Razorwing Jetfighter, Voidraven bomber, Stormraven, The rhino chasis for blood angels, and space marine bikers.

I don't know dark Eldar at all, but just about every army has a way to move about quickly, except for orks, they can be fast, but arriving a the head of a huge fireball doesn't count.

Well... Ork ARE the fastest!
When the get there the explosion propels the grots far faster ahead of the actual vehicle...
