Which type do you use and for what detail is it used?

Ive been using garbage brushes for a while and they work but have been told quality brushes would help out a lot.

So what do you recommend?

I'm a firm believer that if the talent isn't there, the equipment won't help much. I can take a very expensive brush and paint and still make an ugly model.

My painting is decent enough with crap brushes so hopefully some quality ones will make it a bit better.

Don't get the black handled GW ones. The old blue handle ones were decent, but the new ones are terrible. Ask Carl what he uses.
