feel no pain rulings

if a marine has feel no pain can he still roll fnp and survive a shot from inferno bolts? It's my interpretation of the rules that this would fall in "etc" under the feel no pain universal special rule section, if you are not allowed to take a saving throw because its ap3 doesn't feel no pain not apply?am I wrong on this? Any comment or point on the right direction would be welcome

Yes they would get the FNP. The mention to anything that ignores armor saves is refering to power weps, rending rolls, Monsterous Creatures and such. Otherwise, Orks would never get FNP from shooting
