Idea for a different type of tourny

Would anyone be interested in a fluff tournament after the christmas break. I'm thinking of putting together a tourny that gets away from the standard missions we seem to see everywhere. I'm thinking of things like random night fight throught out a game, moving objectives like servitors, different deployment areas, things like that. Would anyone be interested in that?

that sound fun. destroyable objectives, or objectives that fight back would me neat too.

A battlefield that is 75% terrain. See how the razorspam armies deal with that.

there was an article in a white dwarf a few years ago about agresinv monsters and beast that would suddenly join the battle Field. Imagin orks and chaos fighting on a desert world when all of a sudden!!

All of a sudden they were in the Mass Effect universe lol. One of the greatest games ever and awesome to see some of its artwork up.

Here's an idea. Each player makes two 1500 point lists and plays two games simultaneously. Has to be an even number of players. Limit turns to a strict 15 minutes. See how well people can handle a dual front war with little time for plotting strategy.

It's hard enough to get one turn in in 15 min let alone 2 lol. And sadly, some people can't field two armies.

I mean 15 minute half turns. And maybe cut list size to 1000 points. Most everyone here has a 2k list that can be split in two with minor modifications.

I dont mean to involve another thread but weren't yoi organizing a campaign? When r we gonna do that? No pressure just curious is all...

I've got the campaign ready to go. What I'm missing is people saying yes, I will be there and play. It seems like everytime I set up a start date people get plans, so I figured a one day tourny would be easier to get commitment on.
