just got my new thunder wolves!

First impression ...Wow these models to are stunning! I cant wait to work on my wolf lord on thunderwolf mount!

I'm a little disappointed that the wolf lord didn't come with extra weapons. Then again any Wolves player is bound to have lots of extra weapon bits laying around for conversions. But with only one arm to work with it might make magnetizing harder when trying to match regular wolf guard arms. Yes, the model looks awesome but for the price (and all the resin flash clean up) I expected more.

As for the thunderwolf package, it's pretty boss. Comes with 3 thundewolves, 3 riders, 4 bolt pistols, 2 bolters, 1 holstered pistol, 1 holstered bolter, 4 chainswords, 1 plasma pistol, 1 power glove, 1 frost axe, 1 thunder hammer, 3 storm shields and a little bit of sundry 'wolfy' bitz. Going to need extra arms and some extra weapons from my bitz box but it will be much easier to magnetize as these arms will fit the riders as well as any wolf guard model. And no resin flash to clean up!

I made ny thunderwolf lord holding a spear it wasnt hard n i even converted his left hart to a deathwatch arm my ONLY compaint on thee model is that finecast seems so fragile....

Orky finecast is solid. It must be the squishy Space Wolf that's weak.
