Rune Cannon Planetary Defense Weapon: WIP

Ok so the concept is pretty straightforward, a rune preist wired into the defense cannon fires psychic rounds at incoming drop ships. The shots, similar to the grey knight psycannon, are designed to sunder the enemy vessels as well as the minds of their occupants. I will write more on it late
