Toss them in the garbage and buy Vallejo! LOL ok not really. Try a little warm water and flow aid. If that doesnt work. I purchased a bunch of dropper bottles from Ebay and I have transfered all of my GW paints into them. They keep for quite a while even with the cap off. Cheap too. Maybe I will do an article for the blog.

depending on how dry it is, if its not too far gone ive just added a couple drops of water and used a tooth pick to stir it up, cheap and quick and has worked well for me in the past.
