Hey the new box set is up for pre-order! This box set includes the mini rule book. They have the limited edition version too. Sonny will usually order a bunch of these and break them up and sell the individual pieces. You could throw in with a friend who wants the other figs and split a box too. Check out the link!

I just made my Pre-order through GW. They are only offering the limited edition so that's what I'm getting. It will ship out on Friday.
