want to learn?

If anyone is interested in learning warmachine or hordes before and after the 16th let me know. I know a lot of guys got armies at coastal assault and I am willing to pass my knowledge on before I transfer.

I've got my models in and I'd like to get a good handle on it. It'll have to be after the 16th sometime.

I remember we used to do the games on thursday evenings at jaks last fall until our core few people started dropping off. Me included with life problems.... We need to get kinda a schedule going like that soon again. I can come teach as well. Stuart knows Focus management with Warmachine better than I... I have to admit that. The Hordes side of things is what I'm better at with my Trolls. I still remember how annoying Stuart's Cygnar is lol. So Hinkel he's a good teacher for you for playing Cygnar.

my wife wil be there on the 16th with her new skorne army to learn as well

Will have to talk to Kacy and see if she can get over there to learn too.

Seems to be more people jumping in. I taught someone how to play just yesterday at Jaks.

Cheaper, faster to play, and more balanced rules, what's not to like?

What's the average price per army?

$40 for a starter box. You could spend $100 and be setup pretty nice.

35 for starter box if you look at the right places.

Ill be at the game day this weekend to learn. If I like it I may have to pick up a set

What time are we starting?

Well I'm planning on being there saturday when they open the doors up at 10 that morning at the Gauiter gameday thing if and all possible. I'll be bringing every model I own so it may take some time for me to set up. For the ones that don't have armies and wanting to learn I'll be bringing:

Trollblood and Legion Warpacks
Cygnar, Khador, Cryx battleboxes
Enough Menoth and Retribution of Scyrah to teach someone with. (both the starter casters with most of the jacks, but a different 3rd jack)
I have 3 sets of tokens (trolls, khador, and legion, but can be used for whatever we need to mark to keep up with things in game)
About 80 dice so people will have dice if they don't have any
2 measuring tapes

Plus the Core Rulebook for Warmachine and Hordes. Also the faction books for Skorne, Trollbloods, Legion, Retribution, Khador, Menoth, Cygnar, Mercenaries and the Expansions for both warmachine and Hordes out thus far. So if your a new player you can look through to get a look of whatever faction you'd like to start with.

Same time as they open. The warmachine/hordes session will be more open, play as you can, and learn type of atmosphere.
