Dark Eldar - Me pestering GW

Given the frequency of new 6th codices coming out, could you give a rough estimate on when the new dark eldar codex will be coming out?

In the rumored upcoming Eldar codex people are saying there will be special rules for allying with dark eldar, is there any information about that available?

On that note, there have been rumors of the Eldar Solitare, will this unit be usable by Dark Eldar?

Thanks for writing in to us, although I don’t have great news for you. While the Dark Eldar will no doubt get an update of their codex and miniatures at some point in the future, at this time we don’t know when this will be. However, please keep the faith that they haven’t been forgotten about and their time will come one day!


As for the Eldar allying with Dark Eldar, these rules already exist and are currently available in the 6th Edition rulebook.

Sorry we couldn’t be any more help than this.

GW is never really helpful. However, I have heard that every coded since the IG one Space wolves was written for 6th ed
