I tried a video game once. I ended up ejecting the disc and snapping it in two so I'd never have to relive that stupidity again. Why get excited about something where the goal, the only goal, is being able to line up pixels on a screen faster than someone else can line up pixels on a screen? My roommate wasn't happy about breaking a game he hadn't finished.

Oh well I see some games are stupid like that, but others is like a book that you have control over. Alot of people get addicted to storylines that way... Like me I enjoy it cause it keeps me from going really stressed out on someone or blow off steam by shooting aliens in halo... I could have said it in brighter wording than that, but I think you catch my drift. It helps me relax and takes my mind off things that happens at work, home, etc. Plus I love strategy games of all sorts... My mind is hardwired for it I think.

Hell yeah, Skyrim for the win. And Oblivion and Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. Betheseda has been on top of the game for RPGs, especially for the PC.

My Skyrim stays under the Xmas tree for now, I don't dare open it til my Xmas vacation starts!

elder scrolls 5:skyrim for xbox 360, pc, and playstation 3. The last elder scrolls IV was called oblivion. The one before that Elder scrolls III was called marrowind.

Each one lets to play as either.... Nord(Norse type race with good melee), Red Guard(dark skinned guy with really good melee), Ork(Nuff said there... makes good black smiths), Khajit(feline humanoid with stealth, see in the dark, agility), Wood Elf(Really good archery), Dark Elf(Stealth and magic), High Elf(Really good magic), Breton(Humans that use magic and have good resistance from it.), Argonian(Reptile humanoid that can breathe underwater, stealth), and Imperial(Which are the basic humans with good melee). Plus you used to could pic a class to be like warrior or mage or theif and others that fit those categories. Now you don't do that, but customize your character the way you see fit.... If you want magic and melee go for it... Good blacksmith go for it....
