I'll be at JAK's tomorrow afternoon for a while. Still too hot to play there, but always time to visit a bit. The other night, it was cooler out in the parking lot than it was in the store, I imagine that Sunday, with 20 or so people in the shop radiating heat, it will be much worse. Anyhow, I'll be stopping by between noon and 1:00 and any Evilies that are there, we should have a short strategy meeting.

Don't forget to bring those treads with you please ! So with all these points we'll get one turn a day lol

Okay, I'm making up my list and I am having a difficult time keeping under 10,000 points. And the good thing is, I actually have the represented models. A few are scratch built, but they look like what they are and I have no proxies.

Gino is bringing 20,000 points, does he really have that large of an army?

Hey Guys we are just a couple of weeks out from our Apocalypse game. It’s going to be a great time for all!! I wanted to cover a few things prior to everyone descending on my house for a fun filled weekend!

- Please bring your own snacks or drinks as we do not yet have a club fund for such things. I will clear space in the refrigerator.
- Bring cash if you want to throw in and get some pizza but bring denomination less than $20.00 so we can easily make change.
- We may need to park at the Middle School up the road and carpool up to the house. I have a corner lot but the parking is limited.
- I will post directions to the house a day or two prior to the event so everyone can get there but I will pull them down shortly thereafter so I don’t have criminals showing up at the casa!
- Smokers can smoke in the back yard only and please pick up your butts.
- I have both a cat and a dog so if you are allergic you may want to take some Clairton prior to your arrival.
- Spectators are welcome.
- We may need more terrain depending how many tables we have. I will keep you posted.
- The table in the garage will be available for open gaming.
- I will be playing Ultra Marine the movie on the big screen.
- I will eject any Asshat from the house.
- If you are a convicted sex offender do not come to my house. I am serious about this by the way.
- We will be filming and taking photos for the 19th Legion!
- If you have any questions please let me know! We will also hold a club meeting during the weekend to discuss future events!

I think since he is postin on a site that anyone can seeu that he is posting a warning.

There are no know sex offenders in our club but they are like vampires once they get in they might come back. So its better off just saying it up front.

I am no longer accepting new players for the apocalypse game because it will complicate things. As requested Here are the objectives:

primary:
each team must designate one peice of terrain in their deployment zone as the teams base of operations(preferably a peice of terrain that would be worth defending). to win your team must have one non-immobilized unit in your or your enemies designated base while your opponents have no non-immobilized units in theirs or yours any other result besides the one listed above is a draw.

points:
win:20
draw:10
loss:5

secondary:
each player must designate one independent character or one unique model in their army list as the commander of their force and each team must decide which of the models chosen is the general of the team's army at the end of the game each team gets points for each commander/general they killed, and each commander/general they have left.

tertiary:
there is a structure in no mans land that is placed by team Good and their objective is to defend this structure and team Evil's objective is to destroy this structure.

if there is a unit belonging to team Good within six inches of the structure at the beginning of the shooting phase that unit may automatically restore one structure point to the structure if there are multiple units within range each unit may restore one structure point.

Little Wars is hosting an Apocalypse game this Saturday and I'm thinking of driving over and watching them. Is anyone interested in a day trip over to Baton Rouge to watch it with me? It starts at 10:00 a.m. so I'm thinking of heading out early at about 7:00ish. I'd also like to put a flyer for SMG up in the store there. Do we have a logo yet?

Ok, the table tops are ready! The terrain is ready! Are you ready???? I live on North 7th Street in Ocean Springs. I anticipate some people will have to park at the Ocean Springs Middle School and we will transport them back and forth. I have limited parking near my house. If you do park at my house DO NOT park on north side! I have received some questions about snacks. I WILL NOT provide snacks or drinks. If you want them you must bring your own. I will clear out the fridge so you will have room to keep your drinks cold. If someone wanted to grab a couple of bags of chips and someone else wanted to bring a couple of three liter drinks I will have ice and cups available. I figure if we can either break for lunch as there are several eateries nearby or we can order pizza. Whatever yall want to do. If for whatever reason we finish up early we can split the tables up and play some individual games. We are scheduled to go to 1800 on Saturday but that is flexible. On Sunday we must be pack up and cleared out by 1700 so I can get the house straight and ready for work/school on Monday! If you have signed up to play and army and know now you are not going to show up get in touch with Pat as there are other people who want to play. No notice No Shows will truly suck.
